When you have a maintenance request, it is important to reach out to your landlord as soon as possible with all the details they will need to fix your issue. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to create a maintenance request in your Renter Portal.
Step 3: Fill out your maintenance request information.
The form will have you give your issue a title, add a description of the issue, add photos of the issue, and select whether you would like to coordinate a time for the maintenance to be completed or if the repair can be done at any time.
Step 4: Once this is filled out, you will select "Submit Request."
Your maintenance request has now been sent to your landlord! You can track the status of the request in the Maintenance tab.
